Terms Of Service :)
Rights & Restrictions
➜ The client retains all personal rights to the commissioned artwork.
➜ Credit must always be given whenever the artwork is posted publicly.
➜ Changes can only be requested during the sketch stage. After line art and rendering begin, changes are no longer possible.
➜ Commercial use is not included. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please contact me beforehand.
➜ My artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, blockchain projects, or machine learning under any circumstances.
➜ I reserve the right to decline commissions that are outside my abilities, including highly animalistic anthro designs.
Payment
➜ Payments are made via PayPal or Ko-fi.
➜ You may choose:
• A one-time payment upon approval of the final sketch, OR
• A two-part payment: 50% after sketch approval, 50% upon final delivery.
Deadline
➜ Commissions take approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
➜ Please keep in mind that I am also a student, so I kindly ask for understanding if delays occur. Any unexpected delays will always be communicated to the client.
Refunds & Cancellation
➜ Refunds are only available before work has begun. Once the sketch has been approved and work has started, refunds are no longer available.
➜ If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a partial refund will be issued.
➜ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason. In such cases, any applicable refund will be issued.
Addicional Fees
➜ Additional character: +50% of the base commission price (per extra character).
➜ Rush orders / Deadlines: Requests with a specific deadline may incur an additional fee depending on the deadline and my availability:
• Within 14 days: +10%
• Within 7 days: +20%
• Within 3 days: +30%
➜ Custom backgrounds: Backgrounds beyond a transparent or solid colour background require prior discussion and may incur an additional fee.
➜ Complex character designs: Characters with highly detailed outfits, intricate armour, elaborate accessories, or other complex features may require an additional fee depending on the level of detail.
➜ Additional revisions: One round of revisions during the sketch stage is included. Each additional round of revisions will incur a €5 fee.
